Over 40 Princess Persimmon (Roya Kaki) varieties are currently being propagated at Canada Bonsai, as well as 3 strains of wild mountain persimmon (Yamagaki)

In development are pre-bonsai, bonsai, as well as larger potted trees for gardens and landscapes.
